			<description><![CDATA[<p>I don&#x27;t normally play the Pick 3, but I decided to give it a whirl tonight.<br /><br />Picked 7-0-2 and 7-1-6. Winning number was 7-0-6. (Sigh...so close...)<br /><br />Anyhow, I wanted to know how it works playing pairs in Ohio. At first I thought perhaps that I matched 2 pairs 70* and 7*6, and would therefore get $50.<br /><br />But, that appears not to be the case.
