These are the types of things that have made me realize, that the best strategy in a state like NJ, with it's parimutual payouts, is too play numbers than aren't birthdays, aren't sequential, etc, to boost the expected return. How often do we see numbers like this, with a low payout, or a number like 147 in our pick 3 that just wins about half of what it should?

If you can figure out what numbers have the highest return, you could potentially figure out which numbers are best to play.... [ More ]

Isn't that the truth! No where that I know of, that's for sure. It's certainly worth

the time it takes to understand the patterns of these numbers, but some of it is

a natural ability I think. I'm still amazed by Calabs and you and several others here

who know these numbers so well. I watch you guys win, at least once a week, even if only

on paper, and also come very, very close, so I know it can be done.
