I agree. Vultures are everywhere. It reminds me of people who volunteer their homes for tours (some townhomes/neighborhoods do this once a year to show remodeling you have done, etc.). I never do it since I would not want strangers going through my home. Don't advertise what you own.

It is kind of like when you write a book or two. People assume you made millions and they all want to know shortcuts (vs hard work) to getting a book deal. Keep your old car and do not stand out.

I saw some of the episodes the other day. Mostly repeats I think. The one woman who won millions who was allegedlly shopping for a plane, and then a huge diamond and then bought neither seemed kind of contrived for the cameras. Between her trying to be a hollywood celebrity with her movie/production company, etc., I have a feeling she will not have much left soon. I think it was the same woman who was engaged to her personal trainer....

I never have seen any of these episodes. For some reason it seems I've never noticed a thread mentioning that it was going to be on until after the shows had aired. Is my timing bad or what? But in my area the episodes start at 3 AM Monday, so I don't know how many of these I'll see, even if I don't have anything else scheduled. I'm not a morning person. And I'm definitely not that early a morning person

They couldn't have written a script that was funnier then what we all saw. That was reality gold. I give that family 6 months before filing for bankruptcy. I had not seen two of the episodes so I had a blast watching the big winners and seeing what they did with their money. Interesting t.v. some good times I just wished they had more lottery winner so they could do more shows. Only so many lottery winners that want to be on camera and tell their story. But brad duke was interesting and so was the lady that won $112 million in the cali lottery and then shared it with her brother and father. I caught the last two episodes on tlc tonight before 8:00 p.m. here in oregon. And I can not believe that in 2010 the U.S. spent 54 billion on lottery that was one of the facts they had before the commercial breaks. They also said that a $51 million jackpot was the highest unclaimed jackpot in U.S. history from the state of Indiana. I like to see the good luck stories on these shows.
