I'm in Illinois, far away from Chicago. In 2002 we started seeing signs Obama for Senate . In the part of the state where I am we thought, Oh, fat chance this guy has, Obama, sounds like Osama, yeah, right. This was not long after 911. The only people that had such signs were yellow dog democrats - they'd vote the part even if the only candidate was a yellow dog. Outside of Chicago and these yellow dogs no one had heard of Obama.

Yeah, all that time educating yourself at the finest schools in the world, getting a law degree and clerking for some rather well-respected judges clearly doesn't qualify you to be President or Attorney General in America, LOL. Clearly, only you can arbitrarily decide who is and isn't qualified.

I think anyone that plays should have an equal chance to win, its random and luck.

If 1000 pick-3 players each played a different number, each of them have the same 999 to 1 chance of winning. But since we know only one number will be drawn, 999 players have an equal chance of losing.

Just a idea on the side, you would think that the lottery would provide some sort of money management course or study to help those who win.
