Let me explain the system i used for West Virginia and California

This is the system that i use for myself here in Taiwan. It works well.

Its quite simple. A good percentage of the time, 2 numbers from the previous draw come out the next draw in pick 4. At least in Taiwan

and in some states also. Anyone can try this.

You take the numbers from the previous draw and keep 2 numbers and add 3 and 5 to the other numbers.
