			<description><![CDATA[<p>I&#x27;m in the process of trying to figure it out and possibly use it to determine which tickets are winners. I think I may have finally begun to crack it! I didn&#x27;t use any 3rd party resources. I just spent a really really long time analyzing the codes on different tickets and games and comparing them to the play symbols on each ticket....<br /><br />I&#x27;ll post my findings here when I think I&#x27;ve cracked it 100%.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>I need information about the numbers/codes printed on Scratch-off tickets. This is for the NC education (NCEL) lottery Scratch-offs. I don&#x27;t know if different states use different systems.<br /><br />1. The 12 digits printed in the play area of each ticket. It&#x27;s a sequence of 12 digits. 8 digits that are non-underlined and 4 digits that are underlined. It&#x27;s in the form xxxxxxxx - xxxx .<br /><br />Store clerks type the 4 digits into a lottery terminal to validate if it&#x27;s a winning ticket.
