Thanks. Do you know if CA state issues the total ticket numbers issued and sold until a certain date

I would think so.

Sometimes lotteries specify how many tickets will be issued for that type of scratcher.

I am a newbie to the whole Lotto game. I had a question about scratchers games. Are the scratchers limited in numbers? I mean lets say CA state introduced a new scratcher game and issues 2 million cards. After 3 months lets say 1 million tickets sold out and now only 1 million is left in the distribution centers. If higher prizes were NOT claimed in the first 1 million tickets won't your chance to win a scratcher increase after 3 months provided CA lotto doesn't add more tickets in the market fo... [ More ]
