			<description><![CDATA[<p>This may seem petty, but I always play 1111 on the S.C. Education Lottery every drawing every day. A couple of days ago I went to buy it and it was sold out.<br /><br />I have run into this before on the pick 3 drawing in this state, and after calling the lottery office in Columbia, S.C. they informed me it was 7000 of a number straight for a dollar which would total 3.5 million dollars on the pick 3. Based on this information I had I figured that there could only bee 700 of a number sold on the pick 4</p>]]></description>
