This is true but discretion is also called for.

Putting a down paymeny on a pricey ar because you know you're going to hit and then being stuck with a paymeny you can't handle isn't all that wise.

Went to play a ticket today and asked the clerk if 111 and 1111 were shut out. She said yeah, they had been since last night.

So I said give me a Pick 3 QP and let's see if it gives me 111, wouldn't that be something?
