There are 4 files in the rar file. You need all 4 files for this to work correctly.

Just follow the instructions in the PDF.

when I tried to download the rar file it came up as garbage not an excel program what is wrong

Create a new folder on your C:\ drive and name it: box2WinP4 Without quotes.

I created an Excel file that will create the drawsP4.txt file for your particular Pick 4 game, Midday, Evening, or Combined draws.
