			<description><![CDATA[<p>Does anyone not believe that pre- draws has something to do with the large skips on a digit following a digit? Before last nights draw, there were 81 draws before the 7 followed the 1. Look at some of the other digits skips. There were 64 draws before the 4 followed the 0.</p>]]></description>
