To your first question, yes, you use the previous month results in p-3 to play whichever JP game play in the current month. I used october's p-3 numbers to play in nivember in my example.

To your second question, 14 pairs is enough for me no? I'd like to bring that 14 pairs down somehow. You can make more than 14 pairs if you like. I should've said that this is not my system. i'm only sharing what i learned on the internets today.

I use california p-3 as example to play california fantasy 5.

starting from the first day, month before, make pairs from p-3.

ex:

october 1

mid 282 eve-262

pairs 28-26 we can't use 82 in 282 because fantasy 5 goes only up to 39, and we can't use 62 in 262 for same reason.

now go to next dau october 2 and make pairs.

october 2 mid-619 eve-234

pairs 19-23-34

keep doing this until you have 14 pairs to play in fantasy 5 or any game you wish.
