as far as i know powerball nor mega millions have never had all the numbers repeat on the same line.

other games like pick 5 games in many other states have had repeated lines but they were years apart in most of them

I think RJ has posted some lists of duplicate combinations for some of the state lotteries in the past.

For lotteries with relatively low odds repeats become a virtual certainty after a while. I think one of th egames RJ may have listed if WV's cash 25, which currently has odds of only 1 in 177,100 and is played daily. If the game is 5 years old they'd have 1825 results covering more than 1% of the possible combinations. We could then expect that 1 out of every 100 future drawings would match... [ More ]

I'm guessing probably not, and don't forget the matrixes have expanded so that makes such a thing happening even less likely.

Mega Millions replaced The Big Game, which definitely had a different matrix.

I have always wondered if a set of numbers have came out twice or more for pb or mm or state lottery. Not including pick 3 or 4.
