New feature for lottery results page

Yesterday I implemented a new feature in the Daily Numbers Games page, as well as the VTracs Lottery Results page.

The new feature lets you choose whether or not to display dashes in the results. The page remembers your choice, and will use it the next time you visit, as well as on the history pages.

While this might seem like a minor thing, I know many people like to paste the results into Excel, so it should save a step if you remove dashes from your spreadsheets.
