You are preaching to the congregation here. Been so close, yet so far. I know the feeling. Also, know about the jokes family members make. I can not talk numbers with family, they don't get.

You can not force numbers or be afraid. If you play that way, then leave your money on the counter and do not fill out your play slip.

While it may be true that your progress has been glacial lately, you will sooner or later, discover that you cannot coax or force numbers to your will but you can trend project. The great sages say we create nothing, we only uncover or discover what has been created for us.

On another note about relaxing - is using drugs to relax a bad thing? Like can it force 'false' readings? I do not regularly use any drugs, illicit or legal. BUT, on a rare occassion when my neck flares up (car accident from 10 years ago) I will take an Oxycodone. Usually I go to sleep shortly thereafter. I don't like to take them but I only use it when absolutely needed.

Very interesting. The first thing I thought of doing is getting the bag of little wooden blocks from my kids room and seeing what happens. They have tons of random shapes. Maybe I'll just sit there and see if I feel moved to do anything. Or maybe I can draw and color randomly and see what happens. Definitely worth a try

Thanks Collegem$! I sure hope your feeling is right I could certainly use some money right now (then again, who couldn't use some money lol). It's HARD to relax, even when I feel like I'm relaxing my mind and body, I am scared that I could be trying to 'force' some numbers in my mind.

In the past, when I've had trouble falling asleep, I've taken some melatonin, since melatonin pills are a natural alternative. As it 'kicks in' my whole body relaxes in such a comfortable state and I fall asl... [ More ]

I think you're right. I feel totally under pressure when it comes time to 'get numbers.' And no one is pressuring me by myself. A few times my brother called me and asked me to quick give him some Pick 6 numbers. I was in the middle of a conversation and wasn't really focusing at all, so I thought for a quick second and gave him 6 numbers. Well wouldn't you know 3 out of 6 numbers hit for him. This happened twice.

I have had that same conversation before with my husband. About why...can't you.. Maybe you did the Maryland lottery magic because you had no attachment or hooks to their game. So, you were relax, happy playing the guessing game with pure focus and ease. You had nothing to lose.

But the number one off games bites us more that we would like because we are not as relax. We beat our heads with our own state.

Okay, I believe this is the right place to share this.

There have been times when I dream of numbers or 'see' numbers in my head and play them - only to be off by 1 number usually. Frustrating. So recently I dreamed of putting the numbers 1-1-7 into a 'machine' of sorts and I won and it gave me $283. I woke up and thought to myself that I should play the NJ Pick 3 (since I live in NJ I didn't think about playing in any other state).
