Tips for new Pick 3 players

I have just recently started researching strategies and playing the pick 3 game. Most of the research I do returns 75-90% spam. Could someone here please link some good sites explaining strategies and theory behind the pick 3 game? I have been lurking the forums a tad, but I think there's a lot I need to know before it all makes sense to me.
