Are flips the same thing as mirrors?

Sometimes when I go to the Race Track I will substuite these numbers for Example: My Version

1~ I will make it a 7

2~ I will make it a 5 or 6

3~ I will make it a 5 or 8

4~ I will make it 7 or 9

5~ I will make 0 or 5, 8

6~ I will make it 9

7~ I will make a 1

8~ I make a 3

9~ I make a 6

0~ I make 5 or 8

I do it for other games too.

Hey Marcie understand the mirrors, don't get the flips, except for 6/9..was curious what they are for the 1,2,3,4 and 5, thanks

6/9 6=1 6 is the mirror 1 take a look at my Signature 0=5 0 is the mirrors of 5

All these are the mirror numbers I learned that from Lotterypost Members. I have my own mirror numbers I use sometimes 7=9 No the flip is not the same that is the only number you can flip 6/9. For example 204 Ohio I played 209 for Ohio had I did the mirrors 4=9 I would of won. Also L.P member Bird always say 4=7

1=6

2=7

3=8

4=9

5=0

I'm confused and can't seem to find this answer anywhere I understand that mirrors is

1=6

2=7

3=8

4=9

but don't know if flips are the same thing as mirrors, thanks....if flips aren't the same thing as mirrors please let me know what they are
