Cursed Numbers? 600 and 198

Unbelievably, the number 600 has not come out in any state since early June! Thats over 11700 draws without hitting!(To put that into perspective, if this drought was in one state with two draws a day, it would be over 16 years without hitting!) Every single number 000-999 has come out since then with the exception of 198, which is not far behind 600. The 198 last hit in the middle of August. Almost a mathematical impossability it would seem; So, are these number cursed
