			<description><![CDATA[<p>Does it seem to anyone else out there that the MO Lottery is going out of their way to aggressively make sure that no one can discern any identifiable number patterns? I used to win, small amounts, on a pretty regular basis. Now, nothing. I think they are switching programs or computers, and they have set the computer to do this.</p>]]></description>
