Cutting back here. Use to spend $5 on 50 Mil and higher on the Pwrbl. Even talked with the people in our purchase group. All agreed that twice the cost will be half as many purchased.... until the payout exceeds 150 Mil

For the most part, I only really play Powerball when the jackpot gets high.

It is possible that I could play heavier after the price increase - if the jackpots are good, I'll probably pick up a ticket more often than usual. Even if the ticket does cost $2.

I plan to continue playing PowerBall as I have normally played until its jackpot is won or its price goes up, which ever one comes first.

No. With the limited amount I play PowerBall, I'll continue to play the same. No big deal. Extra $1 for a bigger jackpot doesn't seem bad

I'm still playing 1 line with powerplay. When it changes I'll play the 1 line without powerplay.

I don't think most people will play heavier. I don't think they did last night, the jackpot didn't increase very much.
