So you took the key numbers for your state and you added them to 49 and 99 for eve.

Now you just need to pick up your money

West Va. key numbers 9,7,4,1 combined with pairs 99/ 49 = 991 winner eve

S.C 9,7,3,1 99/49 = 497 winner eve

P.a 9,7,3,1 99/49 = 149 winner eve

Mrcoco gave you the key numbers and mix them with the pairs bammm .
