I had to flip a coin to decide which outrageous statement of yours to answer first. Coin Toss already mentioned quinellas and perfectas and they have been around for over 150 years so I'll start with Global Horse Racing .

let 4 horse run but you must predict who will come in 1st and 2nd or let 5 horses run but you must predict who will come in 1st and 2nd...if it doesnt exist already...

i havent heard of a Global Horse Racing...

teens/teenagers dont have horse racing, what if you let dog racing be for teenagers or swimming racing gambling be for teenagers...
