			<description><![CDATA[<p>never heard of a general election disrupting lottery,can&#x27;t imagine why a primary would.<br /><br />does s. carolina make the bars, casinos and package stores close for elections ?<br /><br />if you can remember the date of the last primary you could look up the winning nos. for that day.<br /><br />if that date were skipped in the records, that would indicate no drawing.<br /><br />in jersey the only thing that stops the lottery is christmas.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>I have googled and looked and searched all over and called stores and asked and im all torn up. Is there going to be regular sales tomorrow in south carolina. If anyone can please let me know , I have tried everything and I just watched the drawing and they didnt mention it so im lost.
