does s. carolina make the bars, casinos and package stores close for elections ?

if you can remember the date of the last primary you could look up the winning nos. for that day.

if that date were skipped in the records, that would indicate no drawing.

in jersey the only thing that stops the lottery is christmas.

Is there going to be regular sales tomorrow in south carolina. If anyone can please let me know , I have tried everything and I just watched the drawing and they didnt mention it so im lost. The website has some info on it but it seems like it is referring to general elections, I just dont know if that refers to primary elections to.Any help would be greatly appreciated.
