			<description><![CDATA[<p>Thanks, but link clearly states that for playing via internet, player should be a resident of UK, but nothing about buying the physical thicket while the non-resident player is legally visitinng UK! I have not seen any sign anywhere in UK&#x27;s selling agents that indicates tourists visiting UK can&#x27;t play . Wouldn&#x27;t this consider a fraud by UK National Lottery to mislead the people to buy the thickets, but not pay the prize if they win</p>]]></description>
