Maybe a felon or most wanted , but I think there is a chance the purchaser sold the unsigned ticket for $1M or $2M and the buyer and any subsequent buyer learned a hard lesson about bearer instrument definitions.

Wow!! (all I can say)

At first, my money was on the idea that the winner was in debt or legal finacial trouble.... something along those lines. But then, I thought to myself Why doesnt the idiot just get a freind or family member to claim it?

Then I thought perhaps the winner was some wanted felon or on the FBI's most wanted list. lol Then again, Unless this person was just straight up paranoid, they too could hire a buddy or family member to claim it.
