You know I just found this out. I didn't know the liability had been changed to 1.5 million. Yes, it is a controlled game. Lots of people don't realize it but it is. The thing you have do to is to pick a winner that is not a favorite and then knock it out of the park.

Thats because they changed the liability limit from 3.0 mil to 1.5 mil....the stengy ass low lifes reduced the limit they run a controlled game..... this is the reason i dont play anymore unless i go to some other state. I figured if they got tight, i can get even tighter !!!
