Usually, it takes a few hundred views in order for one person to reply - if that makes any sense!<br /><br />To answer your query, the official NYS website will ocassionally hold &#x27;second chance&#x27; lotteries, where one can send in their losing ticket for another chance to win, usually a minimal amount.<br /><br />Don&#x27;t think they are holding any second chance lotteries, but keep checking the site.
