			<description><![CDATA[<p>Even before Powerball tickets went up to $2, I was not a big fan. Even less a fan now. But it is hard to pass up a big jackpot especially when one can win a large amount of money with a pittance of a cost.<br /><br />At a cost of only 4 cents, I have a shot of winning $2.7 million. That is $2.7 million cash and after all taxes. Most people do not even stop to pick up a penny or nickle on the street.
