Probably they mastered the art of pattern recognition and lottery would be a thing of the past.

Just because they're intelligent aliens doesn't mean they're more advanced than we are. If they are more advanced they may have a better grasp of random, in which case they'll know that any patterns they in past results are irrelevant.

I would think that any advanced race would have no monetary system in place.

Wealth at it's core is a struggle to have more than someone else thus elevating

Even if alliens didnt exist, we still have our own earthly allien version called: ghosts/spirits....

if aliens have psychic properties they will not need to play the lottery, there will be no need for lotteries, they will use the lottery more as a form of long distance communications like cell phones in my opinion...

i think if aliens have inter stellar travel they will have quantim physics tought at highschool level.

and umm random number generators will have to be a lot more complex. maybe somehow related to the time it takes the female of species, to get decide what to wear when going out.

They gave up on lottery games for thousands of years. But with the creation of the inter net on earth and their ability to tap into it and seeing earths unique lotteries they now play again. Of course they use the lottery draws here on earth for results. Lottery post is their primary source of results as Lottery Post carries all the states lottery results.
