Average is every other drawing- one single QP line. I will probably start to play every single drawing, though. Just cut off $2 on sctratch off spending.

Me, I kind of pretty much buy a powerball ticket once in awhile when its in the 100 million range. I tend to stay away from it when it jumps up to the 200 million range since that's when everyone starts buying powerball tickets
