I have a couple of sleep disorders and I have come very close to seriously injuring myself or my husband before I got them (somewhat) under control. I can't give you numbers for that experience except to say, um, play 911 or inverse? That's not sarcasm, BTW. Hope it doesn't happen again.

I am a little shaken up this morning...but thankful nonetheless that my family and I are well are safe.

Last night, I do not recall what i was dreaming...I only recall smelling fire and thiking pictures needed to be burned or were going to be burned.
