Oops, just realised I meant to say I woke up cause I tripped on some stairs. I was walking 3 steps and it felt like when you miss a step, that little jolt is what woke me up.

Just curious if there is anything related.

So last night I woke up in the middle of the night, all I remembered about the dream was tripping(not actually falling) which jolted me awake.

When I woke, I had a set of 5 numbers in my hand. 10-12-24-31-36

Is there anything about falling on stairs or anything in that regards.
