They're coming to their senses now with the realization that this could go on for a while.

MM sales were $78,423,325 which is less than 50% of all the combinations. If all the players buy just one more ticket, Friday's sales should be around $100 million. A year ago the jackpot was about the same as on Tuesday ($244 million) but ticket sales of $142,797,806 pushed the next jackpot up to $312 million. It looks like more players are following your advice.

There's probably no real rhyme or reason. Mine was that I got burned out of $10 on this last drawing, and hit just one crummy number.

It's interesting; I have spoken with more people who are pulling back on the amount they are going to spend for Friday's drawing (as opposed to how much they spent on Tuesday's), this is the first time I have run into this. Every other time the j/p has increased all my co's are upping their 'education donation' from draw to draw until a winner is pulled. I wonder what is different this time?

Oh, and I will be playing my 2 picks, as always.
