Wisconsin had five PB jackpot winners, Fon du Lac is one of them, and that was won by the 100 Miracles trust. York, PA had two PB jackpot winners. Fon du Lac had more than its fair share of other game jackpot winners and the PB jackpot is icing on the cake. I doubt anyone can logically explain without substantial evidence of cheating how one area can produce so many jackpot winners.

Even though the FAQ was posted many times on LP, it's amazing someone still finds the proportion of purchases to winning tickets incredible ,

Nothing previously stated had to do with the QP being incredible . It was pertaining the the other methods and how ineffective they are when it pertains to the jackpot win.....What is incredible is, at least 4 out of the 6 winning tickets sold at the same store. or the area up in Fon du Lac Wisc, known as the miracle mile, selling as many jackpot win... Reminds me of the contest challenges made in the self picks vs QP threads where some QP players said it wasn't necessary to buy QPs to prove their point. Words like coverage have no meaning to those who believe 2 or 3 QP combinations are enough coverage when it takes 12 combos just to cover all the numbers just once. Throw in the fact it takes... That is not false but it may not be absolutely true either.

Some states have systems that allow players to pick a portion of their combinations and the computers to fill in the rest which are also recorded as computer picks.

The Powerball is not coming out of the minimum jackpot range. It is a matter of time before they go back to $1. They are losing money by having the jackpot won before it gets to $100M annuity. The powerball executives have to be mad as hell.

The Mega millions jackpot is $290M, Powerball can't be selling enough combinations to be won so early when the MM is so high.

This happened to Powerball seven years ago around this time too. The jackpot was won seven times over just a three month span, and the pot (which started at $10 million at the time), never got over $41 million.
