The 2$ ticket would be the same to me, if I were only playing the powerplay for the j/p or or the 2nd place 5-0 --- but it really doesnt seem to hold the same sway that it did when I got to choose whether or not I dropped that extra dollar. kinda like a guilty pleasure... all for 1

We have not seen $100M plus jackpots in the new PB game matrix, but there have been like 3 jackpot winners under $100M. The 336M jackpot won in Rhode island does not count in the new PB game matrix because it had tickets sales from the old game matrix.

The PB is producing life changing jackpot winners in the $40M to $100M level. I will feel great if I hit a $40M PB starting jackpot.

The PB game is a good value at $2 because we do have to wait for it to jump from $20M to $40M.

I appears to us the previous power play was a training exercise in conditioning people in to accepting the current $2.00 ticket price now.

Now the current power play makes it $3.00, hmm, this is going somewhere and it ain't lookin' pretty.

Absolutely not. The minimum multiplier under the old $1 plus $1 powerplay was 3. So previously when I matched the powerball, the minimum I would win was $3 times the 3 multiplier for $9. Now for that $2 investment I get $4. Period.

Previously if I matched 1 white ball plus the powerball the minimum was $4 times the 3 multiplier for $12. Now I get $4. Period.

Not equal at all, and I don't like it one bit.

Yep I know what you mean Jade, it's harder to come out that extra $1 for powerplay $3.00 for 1 line I personally have not done it but DH has....

I would have vote yes too if I felt like I was getting something back in return on an equal basis as the ole power play structure.

Every once in a while I'd do a Power Play, when I was playing, but here there's nothing better.

I voted yes...... as far as getting that winning feeling; well all it takes is one ticket too win so as long as I got a ticket I have a feeling that I am going to win...
