it looks like a delta chart...but its actually a positional repeater chart... i transposed it to see if its easier to read

each zero in each row represents when the N1 or any N position repeated...the 12 19 23 29 33 represents

the last draw results N1 to N5...N5 repeated 4 draws in a row (not represented here) but that 33 did hit two more times...

this chart gave an indication of that possibility. its hard to read without the formatting showing the trends.
