I would travel and become a gynecologist! Buying a car would be next. Not sure about a house since I want the next 10 years of my life to be mostly about traveling. Why wait until you are 60 and older to get out and see the wonders of the world. Do it while you can still do all the cool activities and not just put on some binoculars are do the get on the tour bus, off the tour bus, snap a few photos, eat continental fare then get back on the bus . Quit my job is first.

Then do everything else on the list. I'll spend my time working at the local downtown Jesus Saves mission as well as donate large amounts to them to help others get on their feet, get a job, a home, so one day they too can waste large amounts of money buying lotsa lottery tickets.
