There were 651,915,940 tickets sold so if we calculate the odds the same as we do for buying 10 tickets (17,500,000 to 1) we get odds 1 to 3.5. There were 16,352,618 tickets winning something or about 1 out of every 40 tickets. After reading many post the last few days and looking at the results, all we had to do is look at the odds charts on the websites and playslips. The odds of winning anything are 1 in 40 and the expected number of jackpot winning tickets was 3.

A friend of mine bought 10 tickets using Anthony Davis' basketball jersey number (23) as the bonus number with QPs for the other numbers and was very excited when he saw the results. But The best he could match was one 2 + 1, one 1 + 1 and eight 0 + 1. So even though we can win, we usually don't win as much as we expected.

I had my usual one ticket for a buck, but on Thursday I decided to be a big spender (lol) and bought 5 lines. Used LP's QP generator and got the mega ball. So, instead of just losing $1, I spent a total of $6 and lost $4. But I won $2, so I felt sooooo much like a winner

Got 02 23 38 46 but all on different lines, no MB this round. 8 tickets (7 self picks and 1 QP), $8 in the hole.

Just checked my ticket for the March 23 drawing.

Had a QP of 02 14 37 42 53 MB 23 then.

Funny thing is I can remember my intuition/gut feeling telling me to play those numbers for Tuesday's drawing, lol!

I just brushed it off.

I guess I better start listening to it more often.

I checked out Maddog10's MM 3/30 challenge last night before I purchased tickets, and noticed two of the challenge players picked number 23 for the Mega red ball number, so I picked it on two lines and won $12 with the 3x multiplier on my ten dollar ticket (5 lines), thanks to Maddog10 and the challenge players. The other $10 I shelled out for losing quick picks will be in the hands of the winners, good for them, I'm sure they will spend my money wisely, congrats to all the winners

With overall odds 1:40 of have a winning ticket, you did O.K. I did the same thing with 25 lines but I had two line with 2 of the winning numbers. Had I got lucky and put the winning MB with one of them, I would have done better.

Our pool at work had 100 tickets and got back 3 ( 0+1's) for the big 6 bucks....much in CT style to be pathetic.
