			<description><![CDATA[<p>also think about the sum range. most of the time the pick 3 numbers will fall in between<br /><br />the sums 10-17.so if you pick your numbers between this range and use the formats that you<br /><br />are talking about your bound to win .. and think about two consecutive numbers being in your pick 3<br /><br />number such as 12,,,8 ,,,34 ,,9 ,,,this happens roughly 70% percent of the time....</p>]]></description>

Some of this may already be common sense, and, maybe not. The more experienced players should grasp this pretty darn easy, though. Okay, in Pick 3, the number can only be drawn in (1) of (4) formats: two evens with an odd, two odds with an even, str8 even, and str8 odd. That&#x27;s it.
