Yeah thats true... But I also heard there is like some codes you have to figuere out before u buy to see if the ticket is the winner or not. any code secrets

I notice lately that all the 20 dollar scratch off tickets in va have won the jackpot prize all except one wich is the Virginia's 5 million club scratch off. So I know maybe one of these days or weeks somebody going to win that 5 million. Any predictions as to what city that ticket will be sold from? Any Idea would be great. hope yall can help thanx
