Back in the 80&#x27;s, a co-worker gave me his copy of a disk with some Gail Howard software that had been written in GWBasic and saved using the protect feature that didn&#x27;t allowed it to be listed. BYTE magazine had an article about how to get around that so I listed the program and found it was just a simple written program using the RNG that came with language. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>I agree and remember this. There are many common terms, but a huge number of terms are made up by people, and they repeat them lots of times, hoping they will stick. Such people would expect the glossary to include their terms, even though they just made them up, or maybe heard them from someone who made them up.<br /><br />A lottery glossary would have to be like a real dictionary, in which a word can have multiple meanings.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>The only book i know is Lottery Master Guide by Gail Howard...its good...the Matrix Walk i posted for new york is the most important chart for any game...she teaches you how to read it in the LMG, although she doesnt elaborate enough about the flag formation...i think she kinda confuses people there...<br /><br />she does mention to play all numbers with skips in last five...but she doesn&#x27;t really mention, the balance of the golden mean in the skips...</p>]]></description>
