i clicked on diagnonsis, it told me my system was OK and site was not responding,

just wait awile and try again.

these things happen, not a big deal.

Apparently our data center had all network connectivity knocked out for approximately 50 minutes, between 6:10 pm and 7:02 pm Eastern Time this evening.

I apologize for the loss in usage of the site during that time, but unfortunately I become as helpless as any of you to resolve a complete network outage like that. Like you, the only thing I can is wait until service is restored.

It's like when your power goes out, you sit with a candle and wait for it to come back on.
