			<description><![CDATA[<p>The game is for the State of Oregon and is called Lucky Lines.<br /><br />It consists of a grid like Tic Tac Toe, the center square is free and can be used for the diagonal lines, the center vertical, and the center horizontal rows and columns.<br /><br />Each square has 4 possible numbers for a total of 32 used in the game. Each draw will choose one number in each of the 8 squares for a total of 8 drawn numbers.
