			<description><![CDATA[<p>Has anyone noticed that Keith Price has won 14 times since Sept. 24, 2010 for anywhere from $1,400- $8,000.00. His picture is under Kentucky Pick 3 Winners. He must have a pretty good system. I saw where he bought one of his tickets at the E-Z Super Food Mart in Louisville in case anyone lives around there, you might inquire and see if you can find out any info that could help others.</p>]]></description>
