			<description><![CDATA[<p>Tennessee was supposed to be one of the last holdouts for no lottery and no casinos (at least the Baptists in TN) but then came lotteries and casinos and TPTB (the powers that be) realized how many TN dollars were going across state lines. At least lottery dollars that is.<br /><br />So who kows, maybe that&#x27;s like five years or more of lottery karma at work.</p>]]></description>
