there is a lot of stuffs the state can do with those extra: $100 million dollars a year...

it can buy for example: biofuel buses/public transportation...

lets say the jackpot reaches to: $600 million...which one is better a: $600 million powerball or a: $575 million Powerball but RNG...only for when it reaches to: $500 million and change...it it reaches to: $500 million and change 4 times a year or more: those $25 million difference can be for the state...something similar already goes on...MegaMillions have what it is it: 4 balls more than Powerball same is with the bonus ball so why not make the one that pays the most between the 2 get a: $25 m...
