That's what a lot of scammers are getting away with selling as lottery software. You would think serious lottery players would want software with more than a RNG with capabilty to save records of past drawings and compare them with newly created play files. That way players could add the intelligence that the software lacked and maybe improve their odds of winning.

All it was was a RNG that slowed down your computer for 2 hours while it made it's forcast . I was not impressed with the free trial.
