you cant get an account because there is a law that us citizens cant bet off shore. until the law changes if you want to bet their move out of the country or try western union a little expensive but it should make i possible to bet.

I just tried to buy 5 PB lines with credit card in hand. It said I needed to register with click2pay in order to check out. When I clicked to register it said, registation with click2pay is not available at this time, please check back later

It never asked me what state I was in.
