Puerto Rico has been running Pick 2 lottery since 2005.

$2 a game seems pretty steep. To guarantee just to get your $2 back you'd have to put out $10.00.

In your second example, they would win nothing, because they did not match the first digit. If the drawn combination was something like 26, then they would win $2.

First digit $2

so if you played 29 and the winning # was 29. You win $99

if you played 29 and the winning # was 19. You win $2

Hi Inky.

U made mistake. It's not,that U get $2 if U hit 1 number. exact is $99,but U get $2 only if U hit both numbers,not in ex. like 29 is exact U played 92 that's $2.

But front pair doesn't pay $2 or anything for matching just the first number with one bet.

Real casino at European roulette: 2 euros straight on number 20, chance 1 in 37, if you win, payout 2*35=70 and you keep the bet!

50 euros for 12/37, pays 100 euros and you keep the bet.

You will want to play 50 dollars for 25/100, you get lousy 99 dollars when you win and you lose the bet

A new lottery is starting June 5 2012 and it is Pick 2.

2 numbers - 0-9 each column

Cost $2 per line,

Prizes: If you get the first number - $2 if you get both (in exact order) $99

I've looked on line for a wheel or any suggestions on picking a combination, but can't find any - suggestions here
