Is there a chart that list the highest Pick 3 and Pick 4 hits for all states? ( Example: 416 hit in Virginia, Delaware, NC, and Texas would mean that 416 hit four times in one day, month and year for all states.)

The chart would list the numbers that hit the most to the least. I'm I just dreaming? I would like to use a chart like that.
